2004 - Present
Profit Player, began playing for cash online and although time doesn't allow so much gambling these days I have made considerable cash from this lucrative earner. I grew disappointed with the online revenues available after the game was primarily banned across the USA online.
Focus on Texas Holdem, though Omaha and Omaha hi-low are also in my repertoire.
I was the notorious lizking on betfair poker for a while, which, when on the cryptologic network was my preferred playing platform.
I was a keen advocate of PKR.com though had a bust up with the site owners over an unfair suspension / ban.
I've played in the Welsh poker league for a season and competed in a national final though achieved a poor position though this was quite an amateur competition.
I was given a medical diagnosis of attempting to intimidate British psychiatric authorities by playing poker, though I have never knowingly played a member of this working community. Unsure if this is an actual disease but I'm not a psychiatrist or forensic psychiatric nurse. Nor a criminal. Just a man who enjoys making money from playing cards.
I like applying a purely mathematical approach to the game, and don't see it as a gambling activity, more as a professional sport. My favourite pro is Gus Hansen of Denmark, though I appreciate what the likes of Doyle Brunson have done for the theory and promotion of the game worldwide.
I enjoy cash cribbage and non-cash cribbage in my spare time.
For Summer 2014 I am back online a lot, playing PKR as DJWezG Seem to have refound my groove already and am ploughing back up the rankings with some nice profit on board.
